Description
Cabbage ‘Luzia’ is a non-heading cabbage also known as a Tronchuda or Portuguese cabbage. Similar to kale but with much more succulent and sweet-tasting white veins, the whole leaf is used in the same way as collard greens. It cooks quickly and is delicious steamed, stir fried and even in salads, as the leaves are so tender. A vigorous plant with an open habit and good resistance to calcium deficiency. Matures in 65 days. Height: 40cm (16). Spread: 30cm (12).
